Avantis caching and content delivery solutions are built on Microsoft’s “Internet Accelerator for Schools” kit which comprises Microsoft Windows 2003 Server and Microsoft Internet Security and Acceleration (ISA) Server 2000. In partnership with Microsoft, Avantis has extended this Microsoft solution by adding functions such as the ContentCache™ Web Management Interface and Central Management software. Use of key Microsoft technologies assures reliable interoperation in Windows based networks.
