As a courtesy to old customers, Avantis Systems has opened up the knowledge base and FAQ to website guests. However, please note that by registering your product and logging in you will get access to additional information.

Avantis Systems is NOT able to provide telephone technical support to end-user customers except for Local Authority customers holding active maintenance agreements, in which case, telephone support contact details will have been provided directly to you.
